Ticket delivery is determined by the venue. Most venues now use digital ticketing, but some still use hard copy tickets which will be sent via US Mail. Either way, if you prefer to pick up your tickets at the venue, just let us know and we can make arrangements.
Prior to the performance, we will email you explaining which method of delivery will be used for your tickets along with other details about the performance. Most information regarding concert tickets will be sent by email, so please make sure to let us know if your email address changes.
