How long will it take to receive my Thank-You gift?

As a nonprofit organization, we operate under financial constraints different from those of a retail business. To ensure that the maximum amount of your contribution goes to support South Florida PBS, we do not maintain excess inventory of Thank-You gifts. Once your donation payment has been received, we place orders to fulfill your thank-you gift requests. This process generally takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date of payment, though many items arrive sooner.  

If there is a delay on a specific item, you will be notified at the email you provided when making your donation. 

If your donation was made more than 4-6 weeks ago and you have not received your Thank-You gift and don't know why, please let us know by filling out this form.   A representative will check on the status of your gift and respond to you by email or phone.

Concert tickets will be mailed or emailed to you separately approximately 10 days before the date of the event.  Therefore, if the concert date is months away and your gift includes tickets and a CD or DVD, it's possible that you will receive the CD/DVD months before your tickets arrive.
