The digital ticketing process varies slightly by venue, but the basic process is:
- At the time you donate for concert tickets, you will receive a confirmation of your donation from South Florida PBS detailing the concert information.
- Later, when the concert date approaches, you’ll receive an email from us explaining the digital ticketing process for the performance you’re attending, followed immediately by an email from the venue.
- Follow the emailed instructions to accept your tickets and to add them to your smartphone’s wallet for ease of access.
- When you arrive at the venue, ushers will scan your phone for entry.
- If digital tickets are offered but you cannot use that method, please contact us to make alternate arrangements; most likely, that will be to set up your tickets at Will Call.
